Summary: Rooms lacked light bulbs, toilet problems, sink problems. Elevator not working. Hotel is in a "run down" area of the city.

Summary: Condition of the room was not very good..but hotel service was excellent. The manager is very friendly.

Summary: This hotel was truly a fantastic place to stay. I initially chose the hotel for its low price and location. I was worried about the condition of the hotel and quality of service. The second I stepped into the hotel, my worries were swept away. I discovered that the hotel is under new management (of two weeks) and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The facilities were better than I anticipated. The rooms were large and well maintained and included all of the amenities I expect, including a refrigerator. Parking is the only problem at the hotel. I was limited to street parking (which is free from 6pm to 9am). The first morning, I went to put change in the meter and found that the hotel manager had already done so; great service! This is a wonderful place to stay and the service is exceptional. This is a great value for the price. I would highly recommend this hotel.
