Positive: Perfect for a late Check out. Beautiful hôtel and practice to go to the Medina, also by foot if you like walking.

Negative: We hear the noise of the other room when we are in our room.

Positive: Hello! I want to start this review by saying a massive thank you to the Manager of this hotel and Mr Amine for his help and support. I'll be honest with you, we had a rocky start regarding the first room having twin beds when we asked for double and then being sent into an unfurnished room. This hotel is undergoing renovations and we were placed in a room that was already stripped to be repaired. Minutes after we arrived a massive group of 12ish people came in so the hotel staff were understandably very busy. We stayed in the unfurnished room for 30 minutes before being moved to the twin room (Honestly I regretted being moved in the first place as the room was absolutely fine to begin with) It was anxiety inducing and I feel if I didn't message the manager directly they might have left us in that situation. I'm not sure as they were extremely apologetic. The twin room was good, clean and spacious. Everything worked. You can tell they freshly painted it as it smelled very strong of paint but it's fine as you get nose blind to that after a bit. The breakfast was good! The older gentleman who watches over the area was so kind, I really liked him. The hotel's location was also very good, there was taxis everywhere. The building is definitely old but its stunning, it has a very nice historical charm to it and it's undergoing renovations which was fine as they were doing it during the day time. My overall experience was good 👍 Despite the issues we had when we came regarding the rooms, I would stay again.

Negative: The side of the hotel is a fixer-upper but don't be discouraged into coming here. They are good!
