Positive: Convenient check-in, spacious clean room, excellent location (restaurants, bars, the SeaLife center, the sea are all within 5 mins walking distance). You can tell the building is old but they did a great job renovating with great amenities!

Positive: It’s a hands-off place. Check-in is by text or email, with a code for entry to the building and the room. The place is very clean and pleasantly decorated. And if you do need something, you just text the staff. Very simple and efficient.
Negative: Nothing, really. Nice place, great location.

Positive: The location is terrific, the unit was very clean, and they provided a nice welcome pastry. We also really like having a full kitchen to save on costs.
Negative: There is only street parking which works well at night but can be a little hard during the day. Also the kitchen is fully but minimally stocked.

Positive: Hotel North is a recently renovated apartment, turned into a boutique hotel The place was very home-y and had nice accents. Having a full kitchen - with pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, sugar/salt/pepper/oil - was a great touch and helpful for traveling families. The linens and bedding were incredibly comfortable. The welcome pastries were a very nice surprise. My only complaint is that we thought the room looked bigger in the photo, but the size of the apartment suited our needs. We would definitely stay here again.
Negative: We were informed that we could check in, but upon arrival, the unit was still being serviced. Fortunately, the room was ready shortly after.
