Negative: The sheets and blankets were dirty, but when I asked for them to be replaced, they were replaced immediately. break fast not Halal for us as Muslim so just 2 times I went , breakfast not good for me at all NO refrigerator in the room , as I stay 6 days my room should be with refrigerator They payed me extra 20 dollar because my check out was in 04:00 pm as my flight was in 07:30 pm , no one inform me check out should be in 12 pm also that is very bad for me

Positive: Nice building.

Negative: We booked a De Lux room. When we came, receptionists told us that there is not working AC (and later that all De Lux rooms were full) and that they "upgrade" us. We had to pay for a De Lux room and when we came to the room we saw that it is a Standard room with an ugly view. So quite many lies in a short time. Not acceptable in such a hotel I think.
