Positive: Very nice hotel with great view from our lake facing terracce. Great breakfast buffet and friendly and helpful staff. The lake bathing area belonging to the hotel is fantastic, with free acceess to stand-up paddle boards, rowing boat and pedal boat. A serve yourself refrigerator with beer, wine and soft drinks is also available.

Negative: Be prepared for an early start to the day if you have the window open at night, since traffic noise from the road will wake you up

Positive: The private access to the lake is wonderful with use of paddle boards, kayaks etc. Drinks available at the lake using an honour system (awesome), pay at the hotel. Staff were really lovely. Looked after my bag. Breakfast great selection with proper coffee machine.

Negative: Single room was tiny but worst thing was the broken bed. The slats underneath the mattress were broken, each time i moved so did the slats sending the mattress and me to the floor. I did not sleep at all after fixing it 5 or so times in the night. I alerted the owner, i hope they've fix it as its rather expensive for a single tiny room.

Summary: Private lake access awesome, but tiny and expensive room for solo travellers.
