Summary: Thanks to Nikko Hotel, our trip to Ho Chi Minh City was comfortable and truly enjoyable. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Whenever we needed assistance, they responded quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, and the amenities were excellent. We also had access to the Club Lounge, where both the staff and the food were outstanding. The lounge was always spotless, making it an even more pleasant experience. The complimentary shuttle service to the city center was incredibly convenient. The shuttle driver was very friendly and took the time to explain things to us, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the main entrance and the swimming pool were also consistently friendly and quick to help whenever we needed anything. We were especially impressed by how clean and fresh the bedding was—it never felt damp or uncomfortable. If we return to Ho Chi Minh City in the future, we will definitely choose Nikko Hotel again.
