Summary: The hotel was close to the train station and a shopping centre. It had a very nice view over the city and sorrounding mountains. The rooms were nice and spacious. The breakfast vas good.

Summary: I spent 4 nights at this hotel and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The room was comfortable enough though a little small but the bathroom (bath and shower) were spacious. I had breakfast throughout my stay here and the breakfast was not spectacular. Perhaps the hotel could consider changing their menu every few days. Lovely stay overall

Summary: Excellent service, special thank you to Rabina from Bell captain. She came to help us when our room air conditioner had problem. She helped us to moved to another room too. Very helpful young lady! Thank you, Rabina! Over all the hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained and attention to details! The staffs are polite and professional! Our room also very clean , spacious, great amenities, and the great location! Across from the train station. I think I couldn't ask for more. The Breakfast is outstanding! The best! We enjoyed our stay very much! We will be back ! Highly recommend Nikko Hotel if you are visiting Kanazawa! You would not be disappointed! Sincerely, The Fitzgeralds.
