Positive: The property was great value for money considering how close to the beach it was and great accessibility to the centre. Hotel was quiet, comfortable and we were well looked after. Staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful.

Negative: Hotels of the same price check or clean the room daily. In the four nights there, the room was checked only once.

Summary: Comfortable and pleasant.

Positive: The building is quite new so the equipment is still in good state.

Negative: Rooms are equipped with the very basics, for example there is a cooktop in the room but no frying pan nor pots. Windows were very dirty. It doesn't have a hotel ambient, it's rather like spending a night in a very basic student house.

Positive: close to the beach, amazing breakfasts and very kind stuff, close to bus stops to the city centre and attractions. overall a very nice stay for the price point.

Negative: no room cleaning throughout the week, you get new towels every other day.

Positive: Amazing location, 10 minute walk to the beach and two minute walk to transport options. The accommodation was immaculate. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: There were great facilities to cook yourself if you wanted, however there were no cleaning supplies so we had to buy our own.
