Summary: We have stayed in Nagaoka a few times. This hotel is the best. The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is probably the best in all of Niigata prefecture. The rooms are renovated leaving us with the best large and highest pressure shower I've ever had.

Summary: Located right next to the train station, hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, lots of food options around, clean and functional hotel. Rooms have space for a change though a bit old school
