Summary: Such a great and accommodating stay. Everything at our fingertips
Linda Jun 15, 2026 06:44:57 AM
Summary: The hotel and room was clean. But not immaculate. I think the over all need for updating gives it that feel. For an old hotel, it is very clean. The bed was very hard. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Location is excellent. Close to many tourist sites, grocery store, restaurants…even MacDonald’s. Tho the only Japanese food we found nearby was in the grocery store.

Summary: We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights prior to cruising out of Yokohama. The location was perfect and the staffs were all extremely helpful. Despite a little hiccup due to our family having 4 reservations, everything got taken care of promptly and everyone was accommodating. Will definitely stay there again if opportunity arises.
