Summary: The hotel is nice, and great location for pre cruise stay for Diamond Princess. However, the night we stayed, the heat was turned on, and there was no way to cool the room. Window only opened a crack. Our first room the window didn't open, so they transferred us to 15th floor, window opened a cracked, but room didn't cool off over next three hours, so hotel transferred us to an older decor room on 7th floor where window opened all the way. We slept well in the third room. Many thanks to the desk clerk on duty who assisted us in finding a room cool enough to sleep in.

Summary: Room was very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a good nights rest. The staff helped us secure two extra nights due to our cruise ship embarkation delay caused by Typhoon Halong. They were also very helpful when my wife got locked out of her luggage due to a faulty TSA lock.
