Positive: The staff is warm and welcoming, the hotel is a work of art, breakfast was a delight. It was one of our best stays and we travel about 4 - 5 months a year. Love that a young couple was able to have a vision for something so lovely and make it work so well. Delightful experience! Hope to return!

Positive: This hotel was an attraction in itself - a charming historic building that was home to a writer. We loved staying here. Everything was impeccable the room, the hospitality, the coffee shop downstairs. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you with anything you may need from transportation from the airport to finding medical attention when needed. We stayed in the standard apartment, a very large room with 2 king sized very comfy beds, large bathroom with robes included, kitchen, and dining space. Location was great (Prague Castle and only 10 minute walk to the Old Town) I can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, I absolutely recommend it!

Positive: The hotel is great. I would call it "4 star Four Seasons" because the service is highly personalized and profoundly pro-guest. You really get the feeling that they want to make your stay as special and smooth as possible. The lobby is nice and surprisingly comfortable and spacious. Breakfast are, in my opinion, best in Prague. And we have stayed in top hotels and can compare. This is a world-class level branch cafe, magnificent collection of recipes and great execution. If you are a breakfast person, this hotel is a place to go. The location speaks for itself, it's just great and not much can be added.

Negative: Some facilities are a bit old and would require attention.

Positive: We stayed for 3 nights in a two bedroom suite that was perfect for our family trip to Prague. The hotel is in a fantastic location just 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge, but outside the busy tourist areas. This made it easy for us to see all the sights and then escape the crowds in the evening to eat in one of the many restaurants on the castle side of the river. The team at the hotel are friendly and amazingly helpful even coming in early to open up breakfast an hour early so we could eat before our early checkout. The hotel has beautiful frescos across the walls and ceilings and there is lots of information about the history of the building. The room was well fitted and a good size for our family. The hotel provides a useful guide of places to eats across the town and their recommendations were really good. When I come back to Prague I will definitely stay here again.

Positive: Room size was bigger than expected and all staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you so much to everyone and Kamil for your seamless assistance when our flight was cancelled. Location was perfect, away from the buzz but still very lively. Super safe and clean.

Negative: An in-room safe and slightly brighter lights in the room would be nice to have.
