Positive: It was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly.

Negative: There is not air conditioning in the hotel rooms. They get away with it by saying that the average temperature does not exceed on average 20 degrees in the summer but that is beside the point. This is a 4 star hotel, air conditioning is a must have! There are also no mosquito/insect nets. Again, a must have for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast service was inadequate for the amount of guests hosted at the hotel. The room where it was served was too small and families had to share tables. On the first day, we had to wait 15 min before we could eat as there was simply no table available for us. Rather unpleasant since we had our 2 year old with us.

Summary: Not a 4 star hotel.
