Summary: Roms are good

Summary: The stay we less than i have experienced in the past. The hotel has a policy of no outside food but the restaurant is out of most of the menue items all the time. The housecleaning staff was excellent. The rest needs alor of improvement. I was there for 19 days on this trip.

Summary: Not so satisfied with stay, the a/c on first room was leaking then they moved me to second room that smelled like chemicals because they were remodeling the next room. The pool didn’t look clean at all either. Will not recommend this hotel in the future.

Summary: The staff was super sweet, miss Julie from the cleaning staff was amazing and helped me with everything i needed, also the kitchen staff was nice. The only thing i did not like was the annoying people partying close to the pool until almost 11pm, i think is not nice that people stop making noise until 10pm, noise should stop a lot earlier, there should be more understanding for the customers that not party and want to relax after a long day working.
