Summary: Good hotel. Great location, right on the Rhine. We had rooms to the rear which looked out to flats, so not the best! The breakfast was a bit pricey at €15, but I suppose that depends how much you can eat!

Summary: Asked for and received a Rhine river facing balcony room. Well worth the extra cost. Desk staff was pleasant and always helpful. Beer & wine available in lobby area which is also where an excellent breakfast is each morning with indoor and outdoor seating. Short walk to Deutches Ecke. Restaurants very nearby or a 10-15 minute walk to a charming vehicle free multi block shopping area.

Summary: I was hoping to look over the water. I was a bit disappointed by this but otherwise, it was a comfortable stay. We were able to walk around easily.

Summary: Stayed for 2 nights in mid April. The weather didn't cooperate, but that is not the hotel's fault. We were given a balcony room on the first floor. Unable to use the balcony due to the rain and chilly temps. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. We loved the wine options available in the lobby. Didn't try the restaurant as there are many other dining options nearby. Breakfast was good. Riverfront location and proximity to the cable car and das Eck was great--no more than a 7-minute walk to get to these interesting sites. Koblenz is a small lovely town and this hotel makes a great home base, from which to explore it.

Summary: Staff were very helpful when we arrived. The room was very clean and comfortable. The day was warm so the room was warm to sleep as well. A little bit noisy from the train on the other side of the river. Good location for walking the town.
