Negative: We booked a Deluxe room but were given a standard room. Only after contacting the staff were we moved to the correct room. Not sure if this was an honest mistake or something else—you decide.

Positive: Great location. Cozy and charming room. Nice staff but not that knowledgeable.

Negative: Overpriced not worth the price (both mornings I had only lukewarm not hot water to shower, my room 307 looks at a wall, you can hear your neighbors in the bathroom so it’s overall a bit noisy, breakfast was very basic, rooftop lacking atmosphere with no view, elevator is super slow).
