Positive: Location was perfect. Easy in and out. Place looks good with two pools, nice restaurant (when renovation completes). Parking is fine. Staff are friendly.
Negative: Communication was a big challenge with staff. This hotel will get benefited by having a person who can speak English also at the front desk. It took more than an hour to check-in. One day we could not eat breakfast as we could not wait until they serve their paid customers. Renovation work created lot of noise and inconvenience with dust and access. Hotel management were not accommodating in spite of us getting adjusted to short comings.

Positive: The hotel is fabulous. Great food, rooms are very clean and beds are really comfortable. We will definitely love you stay here again.
Negative: They need more staff. This can help the restaurant to be more efficient.

Positive: Modern rooms, nice design Very friendly staff ( but they speak little to no english)
Negative: It is not possible to find sleep here. The roof is extremely noisy once it rains, and if it doesnt, you hear mangoes falling on the roof or animals jumping around. Also there is construction going on at the hotel, which started as early as 6am (and we didnt know about that before we booked) Water from the AC is dripping on the bed. The staff is friendly but they have a big lack in service basics. We would not come back.
