Summary: Our stay was incredible! The staff members were friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast was delicious. Their Rosé sangria is a must! We had an excellent time and would return for another visit. Lastly, Paula was amazing to us—she went above and beyond! Excellent customer service.

Summary: The service was very kind. The hotel was clean. No issues with the music. Its a great hotel to relax and hide away from the high energy areas. Placed in the middle of all the good area. It was a 25 mins ride to the town of Ibiza. 30 mins from the airport. I enjoyed my stay.

Summary: The room was very dirty when we moved in. So we had many long hairs on the floor and especially in the bathroom and shower. After we talked to the reception, the cleaning team came again. After this second „cleaning“ it was a little bit better, but especially was furthermore dirty.
