Positive: Very convenient and quite location, close to a business area, the lake and the park, but also good connection to the centre. Good breakfast with various options.

Negative: The sound isolation in the hotel is very bad, I valued hear my neighbours speaking at 6 am like they were sitting on my bed. The water pressure and temperature regulation is also not good, it was not really possible to set a required temperature, was always either too cold or too hot and also constantly changing.
