Positive: Rarely excellent service for Macedonia. Very kind staff, hygiene is at a very high level, the food is perfect. We were amazed by the wonderful experience. We were for the first time, but for sure coming back soon. We recommend this hotel, you will get the best service!!!

Positive: The breakfast and the location were very good. Met all my expectations.

Negative: Just one little thing. I understand the bathrooms could not be larger but there were no hooks or anything where we could hang either towels or our clothes.

Positive: We had a fantastic experience. The recently renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The view from the higher floor rooms is breathtaking, offering stunning viewes of the surrounding mountains and city of Bitola. The hospitality was exceptional; everyone from the reception staff to the restaurant team was warm and attentive. Dinner at the hotel was a highlight, with a delicious menu that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Pelister.

Negative: One minor drawback was the lack of stroller access, as the hotel only had stairs at enterance. However, this didn't overshadow the overall wonderful stay.
