Positive: Amazing hotel with great service. Pool is very warm, sauna is not too hot but was good , steam room was excellent and they have even colder pool for a plunge after sauna ! They gave us free cocktails and deserts as it was our honeymoon.

Negative: Sun beds in the pool area were a bit worn out , they need a good deep clean :)

Positive: Presidential suite for the price of a budget hotel in the US. Great views of the city and surrounding mountains from the "Sky Bar" atop the hotel. Friendly Staff happy to accommodate your preference of english or spanish. Excellent breakfast. 10 minute walk down to the cable car network that can get you anywhere in the city (with the option for a $2 taxi back up the hill if the altitude already has you out of breath).

Positive: My entire experience at Mitru Sur was outstanding - from check in to check out and everything in between. Facilities are excellent, super comfortable and spacious room, great shower. Breakfast is varied and consistently delicious. Their staff are courteous and always happy to help, especially Angel who was an absolute star throughout my stay. There had been a small issue with the swimming pool and it was solved remarkably quickly, which I was grateful for as I'd been looking forward to relaxing in the pool after my time in Uyuni.
