Positive: We are here for the first time and the view from the balcony impressed us. When you wake up and see the Fãgãraș mountains, you know that we will have a beautiful day. Breakfast is a continental one and in rest of the day you can serve good food.

Positive: The rooms ans sheets were clean The personell was nice, aproachable
Negative: After I booked the trip on booking.com I tried to contact Miruna over the phone without success. They answered to my e-mail and confirmed I can get an invoice for their services. There was no air conditioning în the rooms and there were 40 degrees outside. One evening we wanted to serve dinner and there was a wedding there. After we have waited for 45 minutes for smbd to take our order, the Walter tokd us that there are only three chef and noone can prepare our dinner. We hqd to look for another restaurant therefor we server only one lunch at Miruna. We.went to SPA CENTER and it was dirty, it looked as I it was abandoned. Thru the dirty windows of the SPA we.could see some constructions garbage left there
