Summary: I stayed to the hotel for 3 weeks. The room was pretty good and big with nice view in the front. There room everyday was pretty clean and there is pretty good sound insulation. The location is very good close to the city center and easy to go at suburbs. There is a parking area opposite of the hotel with good price. I recommend it 100% and if life leads me to Bilbao again I would choose it definitely. Many thanks for your hospitality.

Summary: A nice inviting room and lobby, we had a Guggenheim view room - the only negative to this was the early morning work being done around the corner on the road, but nothing that the hotel could do about this. The team at this hotel was very kind, check in was very easy and it was super walkable to anywhere. The bar did not seem to be open during our time there, so can't comment on that, but plenty of food and drinks around the area.
