Positive: The the staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms are ok with the basic equipments.
Negative: Late check out was denied for me. I had to leave the room at 11 and waited until 14h45 (I guess) for the shared transportation.

Positive: This is a lovely hotel. The staff are kind and helpful and really enjoyable to chat to. The room was impeccably clean. I lost an earplug and looked hard for it under the bed and all around and everything was so clean. The breakfast was local, healthy, and delicious. I would recommend this to anyone.
Negative: Nothing. It is a simple, peaceful place and a fantastic base to see incredible nature.

Positive: Miranda & Miranda in Ponta do Sol was a fantastic place to stay and made our time on Santo Antão even better. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was great. A special thank-you to Dóris, who organized a taxi for an excursion for us - everything was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended, and we’d happily stay there again.
Negative: When there was a temporary issue with the water (something that can happen even in higher-end hotels in the city), the team reacted quickly and found a solution right away.
