Summary: Great service, no complaints, roof top service was great as well. Room service was great as well. I like how it was center of everything, I went for 4 days. I do recommend pre buying the food option when booking.

Summary: Such a breathtaking view!! Our room was super spacious, super clean and all staff members so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much to housekeeping, every time we entered our room we had fresh towels, bed always made, new water bottles, everything was perfect! Thank you hotel Mio!

Summary: past visits always excellent ! This was about our fourth time at the Mio ! perhaps we always had mountain view ! This time was to be partial bay view ! From our room no bay to be seen ,view was of ashphalt roof, high rise apt and street and noise of traffic all day and night ! Therefore balcony was never used which made a big difference to us! This was off season so im disappointed a better room couldnt be chosen for us ! This was on first floor and we always were on 2nd or 3 rd in past ! First room given us was on 7 th floor but as i walk with a walking aid and have ballance issues i asked for a lower floor ! on reading reviews i understand room we were given on 7 th floor would have also been noisy! No problem with cleanliness! location ,Staff etc all still wonderful ! Big shout out to Israel ( first aid attendant ) who took care of a wound i sustained at beach!

Summary: The facility was well kept, with beautiful greenery throughout the property that really added to the charm. While it’s not a large resort, it’s a boutique-style property with everything you need for a great stay. It’s honestly hard to find anything negative. If I had to mention a couple of things, the resort sits on a main road, so traffic noise can be noticeable, especially at night. Also, the hallways echo a bit, so door closing can be louder than expected. My experience overall was positive, I will stay here again. Pros: Clean rooms, large showers, adult only, delicious food, rooftop pool, friendly staff, and convenient location. Cons: Traffic noise and hallway echo
