Positive: Ladies on breakfast were the best. I came late for breakfast because the guy on check in told me breakfast is until 11am, I cam at 10:10am and it was over, but the ladies working in kitchen and service prepared everything for me. That was nice move.

Negative: I asked if I can get a late check out since I had 2 hours to kill, I even offered symbolic compensation. Receptionist told me that my room is already booked and the guests are coming, so that was not an option. Hotel was literally empty, maybe few rooms occupied. I got call 5min later from reception saying that I can get late checkout if I pay additional fee which was equivalent to another night. Not cool. PS: Mini bars are empty...like nothing inside.

Positive: Swimming pools are excellent Rooms spacious and well stocked bathroom.Lots of towels Decor beautiful Some staff were helpful

Negative: Misleading statements on booking.com as to available facilities. A lot of steps to pools. No restaurant No lift Bar without beer air con insufficient for size of room.

Summary: Mama Mio ... Will be better when completed !

Positive: Amazing experience! I don't think that this hotel in a small town can be so great. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was so huge and freshly renovated, breakfast was delicious. The hotel has a huge Olympic swimming pool, 2 other pools and a spa.
