Positive: I liked the large room with sofa lounge and a TV offering movies (no Netflix). The room has its own drinking water, hot water dispenser and a fridge, which I filled with cold beers and food from Trial Supermarket nearby.

Negative: 5pm check in is strict, even if you arrive at 4:55pm, they tell you to wait 5 to 10 minutes. I also thought that tax was included in the price but was told to pay extra 520 yen
