Positive: The interior design and the super friendly staff. We had amazing food at The bar and the restaurant downstairs.

Negative: The Spa, is definitely the weak point. Not at the same level of the hotel. You can see that the spa has not been renovated like everything else in the hotel.

Summary: We really liked the hotel. The location is amazing. The staff is really friendly and the food is really good in both bar

Positive: Cleaning service slow and very rude. First day, they came to clean the room at 345pm. We were back from skiing and taking a shower at the time and the cleaning lady’s told us to leave the room or otherwise they were leaving in 10 minutes and the room wouldn’t get clean. We ended up getting in a discussion, since they actually had all day to make up the room. We were showering and told them that as soon as we finished they could do the room but that didn’t seem to work for them. Funny that in a hotel like this clients have to conform to what’s more convenient to the cleaning service. I conveyed this situation to the front desk. Didn’t really give a dam. Said ok and changed the conversation. Ending on a happy note. Hotel is new and beautiful.

Positive: Location was great and the hotel comfort was great.

Negative: If you want to use the pool you have to pay extra even though you are staying at the hotel. If you want to use the sauna you have to pay 25€ and make a reservation. They dont put waters in your bedroom and if they do you will get charged for them. Staff at the bar on the lobby was horrible.

Summary: Overall good but dont expect an amazing hotel

Positive: The lobby area of the hotel is very cosy, it has a bar with comfy chairs/sofas where you can have drinks and good food all day. The breakfast was amazing! Huge selection to chose from. The rooms are ok size wise, the beds are very big and comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and functional. A garage is below the hotel and easily accessible. There are electric chargers available. The hotel has ski lockers close to the telecabinas, where you can keep your ski boots and skis, so no need to carry them long distances.

Negative: Since it is a ski hotel, I missed the little things that you need a a skier - like a heater or some sort of heating where you can put your wet gloves or skiing clothes over night to dry. There is nothing. So better take a second pair of gloves or pants in case it is a snowy or rainy day. The lifts in the hotel are painfully slow - so better stay in a lower floor to use the stairs. My daughter wanted to use the swimming pool of the hotel and she was told she had to pay an extra 25 Euros to use it. For a hotel and spa, I would have expected it to be included. All in all, comparing to what I get in the Alps for the same price, I thought it was quite expensive but I would still go back.
