Summary: Frontdesk Andreas was really nice, but somehow, he never received the expedia confirmation even though I showed him the confirmation I had received. He had to phone and we waited till he got through to the expedia cs.We got a room at the discussion

Summary: Staff were very pleasant, bar and restaurant were clean with a spectacular choice of drinks and a very good Menu De Dia and breakfast. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment we had was terrible. Whilst it was reasonably clean it had a very musty smell and the decor was in severe need of refurbishment. The apartment kitchen was equipped with 5 forks, 1 cup and 1 plate. No cooking equipment at all. We didn't use the kitchen anyway, but there is an expectation for an apartment with kitchen to actually be functional. I would not choose to stay at Hotel Millan again unless it was refurbished but we'd happily revisit the cafe, bar and restaurant.
