Positive: The location was unique and out of this world! Near a cliff, oveooking rocky islets and the waves crashing on the shore - fabulous! The hospitality and welcome from the hostess was wonderful and genuine, and the breakfast was excellent - and again with that great view.! The bed was very comfortable, I slept very well. Llanes is a 5 minute drive away and the beautiful beaches of Ballota and Andrin within 10 minutes.

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like. The bedroom and bathroom were a little tired but perfectly comfortable and I would stay in this hotel anytime I was back in the area.

Positive: The room was small but very clean. Beautiful surrounding area.

Negative: The breakfast tray left in my bedroom the night before when there was no buffet breakfast was not as good as the buffet. Also rather inconvenient to walk down flights of stairs with tray to get a coffee.

Positive: The location is unbeatable, amazing views. The walk to the sea is only 3 minutes away, however the path to the beach is fairly steep. Other than that, an amazing location.

Negative: The rooms and bedding was quite dated, our room was next to the reception and fairly loud but we were told in advance and we didn't really mind.

Positive: It was very pleasant to receive preliminary information on several occasions before arrival, which introduced breakfast options and car parking. Location with a great view. Very nice staff. Modest room, but everything you need is there.
