Summary: The staff were helpful and polite, hotel is close to a subway and train line which is why I chose it. Lots of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Underground onsite parking for a very reasonable rate. Some of the staff can speak English, although I do speak Japanese. My only issue was with the bed’s comforter/duvet- it was very thin and felt like it was plastic coated. I’m sure it’s easy to keep clean but I found it uncomfortable for sleeping.

Summary: The location of the hotel is very good. It is located at the intersection of the train line and subway heading downtown. The hotel premises is spacious and a buffet breakfast is available in the morning (about 1300 yen) There is a convenience store across the street.

Summary: I booked this hotel at the last minute due to a change in plan. The staff were helpful and their English was reasonable. The lobby and entrance areas look really nice, but the main hotel looked a bit worn. The room was a good size but the bed was hard - probably not too bad by Japanese standards, but a bit hard for me! Ditto the pillow!
