Positive: The staff were extremely nice. Since we had to leave early, they got us snacks and drinks in our room. On the way out, there were staff that made us coffe.

Negative: There was no lift but staff helped. only one flight of stairs but since I had a lot of bags and legs aching was worried. Steps were not high so it was good.
