Summary: The hotel is close to the centre of town and just a few minutes walk from the market. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room has little natural light. Shower was excellent but I missed a reading light for the bed. Staff were welcoming and helpful and responded rapidly when something wasn't right.

Summary: The hotel is about as good good as it gets in Campo Grande. Not too expensive, good location, clean, breakfast buffet is very well served and has everything one needs. The staff is exceptional and will do whatever it takes to make their guests stay as memorable as possible. Maintainance needs updating and they only provide soap and shampoo in the bathroom. I do recommend this hotel and will be back.

Summary: Overall it was a good stay, hotel is in a good location close access to everything, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean but the bed and pillows could be more comfortable.

Summary: Stayed overnight before a flight to Rio, didn't leave hotel at all, just needed a bed but the pool area was nice though the food was overpriced. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice.
