Summary: Check in was very easy and staff were helpful. Parking was straightforward. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. The centre of Bastone is 5 minutes walk away and there is a good selection of bars and restaurants

Summary: Lovely hotel in a good location in Bastogne. Friendly welcome, in fact all the staff were very friendly and hard working. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and chilled water provided. The restaurant was very surprising. The food was freshly prepared and very tasty, and the staff perfectly attentive. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and included in the price. Parking was free and there are two charging points. Much nicer stay than the last hotel we used in Bastogne. Unfortunately during the current heatwave it was lacking air conditioned rooms. I understand this is planned to be retrofitted.

Summary: Free breakfast and free parking are always high on my list. Staff was friendly and helpful. It may be an American thing, but refrigerator in the room is a big plus with me, and we had one in our room. Extremely quiet and peaceful location. Close enough to walk to the city center, yet far enough away to not hear the noise of the city

Summary: Ideal spot to stay for the local museums and restaurants etc. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Parking was ideal.

Summary: This hotel is amazing!! Very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect with everything we needed. The wonderful staff came in every day and made sure it was up to their standard, which is very high. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it's location to the centre of Bastogne is brilliant.
