Positive: The room had good robes, good bath slippers and the bathroom was, in principle, good, that’s the only thing I liked.

Negative: There was no reception and no parking either, as we arrived. One room had a small bed pushed against the wall. To be honest, it's a pretty expensive hotel that doesn't live up to its price. I won't go back there again, that's for sure.

Positive: It was very close to ski lifts and easily accessible.

Negative: Parking was difficult. We managed to get a spot in the garage but it was very tight.

Summary: Stay in lovely studio room - perfect for a skiing trip.

Positive: Location, cleanliness, facilities, food, staff staff and once again staff, they were amazing! Katrina, Zuzanna and Paulina deserve a recognition. They were amazing and made our stay memorable.

Negative: Bit old fashioned windows and noise coming through from outside.

Positive: It was a fantastic weekend getaway! Our room was spacious and freshly renovated. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We also really enjoyed the spa that felt almost private as there were not many other guests there. I would definitely come back.
