Summary: A lovely hotel, we relaxed and on 'holiday-mode' as soon as we arrived. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The front rooms and the restaurant have wonderful views, unfortunately the 3 person rooms are at the back (the hill view is nice though).

Summary: Very good service and tasty breakfast. We had to catch a flight early in the morning and they offered to make us coffee and croissants at 6 am before we left. Can highly recommend.

Summary: Service was excellent,very friendly and most helpful. Food was great although a like snack menu would be good for when kids are hungry during the day. Overall we loved our stay!

Summary: We stayed one night at the Mediterraneo, mostly while enjoying nearby beaches and going to Portofino. The hotel is of an era and shows it, but is well kept, with friendly, attentive staff. We liked our stay, overall, and felt fine about price / value. However, a nearby hotel BLASTED bad karaoke music until midnight--not this hotel's fault, but it did affect our enjoyment there because we wanted to turn in before midnight. The city should be more responsive to issues like this--it is not fair to the owners of this hotel.

Summary: High hotel not directly on the main road so no noise. Big parking which is rare in this region. Nice rooms with balcony and seaview. Breakfast good, served on higher floor so also beautiful sea view and eating on balcony possible. easy to visit cinque terre and enjoy the sea. Pool hours are too narrow. Closing at 19.00 is too early. Wifi slow but that has been the case everywhere here in Italy. Not in a touristic area so different vibe but nice restaurants in the neighbourhood and good connection to sestri levante
