Positive: Possibility to park car outside front door, own entrance, amenities for children to play (toys, soccer, ping ping amongst other games), nice green area. Great breakfast with lot of variety, lot of fresh fruits, yogurts, ham,cheese.

Negative: Old furniture and inside carpet in every room/restaurant. Motel feeling. Bathroom not very inviting, old tiles, broken door No room amenities more than one table/tv Single dish for restaurant at night

Negative: The television didn't work. The bathroom and floor were cold and uninviting to shower. Key lock in the door could be better and renewed. On the front desk was a sign with the text that guests should report when something was broken or did not work in the room. It must be wrong because it is the hotel owner's responsibility to check that everything works in the room before the guest arrives.
