Summary: Our stay was nothing short of amazing! I would definitely recommend for a family of couple. Rooms very nice in which we had a nice balcony view! Will be back when I’m in Long Beach!

Summary: It was amazing but having to pay for parking is ridiculous. Also for early check in and late check you have to pay. Also not enough parking especially when hosting wedding parties. They definitely need more parking.

Summary: What a beautiful resort! I would love to have stayed longer. When we arrived, the man at front desk upgraded our room to one with a balcony and a great view of the water. There's a lovely pool and hot tub, along with a man-made sand beach with chairs around fire pits. The beef tacos at the restaurant were amazing. I like to exercise and there's a walking trail across the bridge to downtown Long Beach. The hotel also has a nice gym with room to move and nice equipment. We walked to the aquarium. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Queen Mary.

Summary: For the price of this place, I honestly expected more. The view was Ok, the bed was soft. But for a room set up for 2 people, you only get towels for 1, not sure why hotels cheap out on towels. The bathroom door was one that slid into place. Did not fully close the corridor. Gaps on every side. We had to pay for parking. Yes it’s LA but serious, there were more than enough empty spaces that one would think the hotel fee would be in the high price to stay here.

Summary: first of all hotel service was great and staff were very friendly. however our first room 1510 had an awful sewer odor and we requested to move rooms. rooms felt dirty! also, was automatically charged 20% gratuity at the fuegp restaurant for the worst most horrible service for a party of 3!!!! that is not right!!
