Summary: New hotel so everything is clean and tidy. Only downside is that the drain in bathtub is very slow - if you have the shower on full blast you'd be standing in ankle-deep water for a long time. Otherwise the hotel is in a quiet location, still within short walking distance to the main old town. All the staff are excellent.
