Negative: . This hotel is at 7 km (20 min in traffic time) from the airport, has no restaurant and the shuttle is only available from 8.00 am . So for transit trips, just forget it.

Positive: We were lucky to get a Junior Suite room. Very large! Each room has its own parking 'garage' - which was very convenient. The staff was great.

Negative: I thought it had a full restaurant as we were looking for dinner prior to attending Olympic hockey game. They had room service, but with prepared food. It was ok. But - the wine was great!

Summary: Nice hotel with easy access to car park (covered space outside of room). Great staff. Nice breakfast

Positive: I can't belive for the price I have paid what a luxurious hotel we got to stay. High quality, excellent hotel, beautiful luxurious design. Each room had individual parking. I have traveled all around the US and I have never had a luxurious hotel for an average price. Their dinner was delicious too. I traveled with my large dog and they were very accommodating with us. Thank you.

Positive: Large well-appointed room with great shower and large bathroom. There is individual parking (covered) for each room so you enter your room from the backdoor (quirky but very practical) - only need to move your bags up 3 stairs, can keep your car out of the sun or dry....never seen this before in Italy. Reception staff was excellent. I arrived late and they packaged me a takeaway breakfast as I was leaving early. Very friendly hotel....wish I could have stayed longer.

Positive: The customer service and staff were amazing very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and perfect. Fresh food and very clean. The rooms were meticulously spotless and clean! Excellent place to stay. Very quiet even by the airport.
