Positive: The bed was comfortable, big room. Staff was nice

Negative: I parked my car during the night time in front of the hotel, using one of them car park facilities and found my car next morning with the big scratch. Apparently the hotel is not taking responsibility for the car park 😞

Summary: Nice hotel but need to be careful where you park your car

Positive: Location works for us, good restaurant, kind and friendly stuff. We have stayed here several times over the past few years.

Negative: We got room under the roof - it was hopelessly overheated, the bathroom was basically a sauna (even the lamp was basically a heater), the tools had hard time flushing, water pressure in the shower was too low - it was hard to set the temperature. The hotel needs some work and especially air conditioning.

Summary: Nice place, but needs refurbishment/investment

Negative: Very dirty insects nests when you open the windows. A lit of spiders in the hotel, terrace and the room.

Positive: It was conveniently located relative to the Vienna Airport for an overnight stay before a flight.

Negative: The room was hot and stuffy in spite of the fact that the day had been pleasant and the night cool. There was no ventilation to cool the room.
