Positive: While respecting the historic architecture the design exquisitely provided luxury meeting every need. Every need was anticipated. The beds were made with luxury linen and provided maximum comfort. The staff was very attentive and cordial.

Positive: The hotel is perfectly located on the main square. It’s a very characterful building, with a lovely courtyard area where they serve food and drink, a sun terrace at the back and a library. We were also able to park outside the front door, which was very useful. The staff were very friendly and they did some laundry for us, which was very useful.

Negative: Our room was at the front on the square and as a result was very noisy, both at night (until around midnight) and from about 6am. Earplugs were very much required. Ask for a room away from the front.

Summary: Pátzcuaro is well worth a visit and we would book again here
