Summary: Don’t book this hotel if you want a good night sleep. The air conditioning was broken and blew only hot air, turning the room into what felt like a sauna. At a hotel in this price range, functioning air conditioning should be a basic standard, not a luxury. The staff explained that the AC system is centralized, but that does not justify it blowing hot air. The staff in the reception was neither particularly helpful nor friendly. We were forced to sleep with the balcony door open just to make the room bearable, but the noise outside combined with the paper-thin walls made it nearly impossible to sleep properly. I felt more exhausted after my vacation then before. It’s a real shame, because the location is fantastic and the hotel itself is beautiful.

Summary: The room was so spacious and clean. The views from the balcony and pool were amazing, and the location was close to so much. The whole experience felt luxurious. A great experience!

Summary: Highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to capri. In the heart of everything you want to see in the square. The breakfast was amazing and yummy. The pool, the staff and restaurants were just as amazing. Will be referring people to this location

Summary: Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Pool beautiful with lap pool in its own space. Expedia rooms small, decreased amenities, towel racks. Not changeable due to “Expedia” rooms.
