Summary: The hotel is in the perfect location right in the centre of the town, great for visiting the area. Also located within minutes walk from the ferry. The hotel itself is quite tired and in need of updating and modernising. We also had no soap / shower gel / shampoo within our room, I’m not sure if this is normal but a bathroom without soap is concerning.

Summary: Horrible room with creaky stairs leading up to the main sleeping area. Ugly sofa bed downstairs. Really noisy. Walls paper thin. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

Summary: Lovely room with lake views out of both windows, was a shame we didn't have a room with a balcony but we had lake views as promised. Room was always kept clean and the beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great which was a life saver in the 36 degree temperatures. Nice breakfast in the morning which was included so that was nice. Overall a lovely stay and we would return again to this hotel without hesitation.

Summary: The rooms were cleaned daily , very well . Fresh bedding as well as towels provided each time. The hotel itself is looking a bit tired in the bedrooms but as you are out of the hotel during the day it really didn’t matter to us. The view from the outside area is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Summary: This is a lovely hotel and in a prime location. I was here on a solo trip for 4 days. it took me two bus journeys to get here including airport bus from Verona airport. But it is very easy to find and is a few minutes walk from bus stops, ferry ports and cable car. The room I was in was small but clean, very basic and dated but as a solo traveller I didnt mind. No hot drink facilities in the room and very small TV with no digital channels. Not a huge problem but can see why it would for most people. The towels in the bathroom are very very thin and frayed - I thought they were pillow cases. The walls too are very thin and could hear the people in the room next to me snoring and chatting quietly. But bed very clean and comfortable. The hotel offers basic breakfast which is ok, hot eggs, bacon and sausages, cold continental and pastries, coffee machine wasn’t that great but did enjoy the English breakfast teas. The hotel also offers 10% discount at the restaurant which I have to say is stunning and was shocked it wasn’t fully booked every night. You’re basically paying for the location but the food is lovely. Would recommend the seafood spaghetti. Was surprised to see a waiter serving with a hoodie on with the hood up, but all staff are so so lovely and extremely helpful. If you’re travelling here alone you will have no worries.

Summary: Everything was good, and the staff was very helpful when asked. The one surprising fault was that the coffee from the machines during breakfast was really bad. It's ground fresh, but the milk substitute tastes terrible. Truly the worst I've had in Italy so far. I've had very good coffee from machines in other countries in Europe.
