Positive: Very nice location, very old time arequipa feel. Comfortable accomodations. Clean. Lots of sillar finished walls. Comfortable lobby to sit in. Wifi works well.

Negative: There were some youth in th plaza drinking and listening to music outside that was a little disruptive for kids to sleep. But hey, that's Perú.

Positive: What stood out the most in the hotel was the staff. The lady from the reception did everything to assist us in everything and really helped us with everything. Much more than required. The hotel's restaurant that operated in the evening was excellent. The food is fresh and delicious. Serve food made in molecular style. They prepared special dishes for us at reasonable prices.

Negative: A dark hotel. No light is turned on and there is not enough light coming in from outside. Very basic breakfast. not managed correctly. mess. Empty buffet. It takes a few minutes to bring things. limited variety
