Negative: I booked a few days before arriving and I insisted on paying for my 3 day stay (c.€600) on arrival. I asked for laundry cleaning and when finished the Front Desk 'held it to ransom' by sending me a letter stating that my Laundry costs c. €43 but I would first have to go to the Front Desk to pay for it. It would then be released to me!! The Buffet Breakfast was good and eggs were available any way you wanted as long as it was scrambled! I asked for 2 Fried Eggs and was told it would cost more! I have travelled the world and this was a first for me. On principle I refused to pay.

Summary: I expected better treatment from a Hotel of this size.
