Positive: Beautiful Hotel, perfect for access to the stelvio Pass. Hotel is recently renovated to high standard. Stunning views and what makes it really charming is its family run. We was greeted by Jimmy the Bernese Mountain Dog ❤️ and the young gentleman who checked us in (Leon 11 years old) who I have to say was excellent in his profession. The wellness centre was very nice. The room was very comfortable we had a great nights sleep. Evening meal was excellent too.
Negative: Nothing
Summary: Stunning views, beautiful Hotel

Positive: Great views. Dinner was "fixed price" for several courses...it was really good but a lot of food.
Negative: Parking was awful.
Summary: Great location near Stelvio Pass

Positive: Stated there was a restaurant but only a set menu was available for dinner. Basic buffet breakfast, not a 4 star hotel breakfast. NO, facilities we're available, die to renovation works which were ongoing.
Negative: We especially booked a 4 Star hotel for my daughters birthday with Spa facilities & a swimming pool, none of which were available , we were not informed of this until the day of arrival. Therefore very disappointing!! not happy & do not like to be deceived. Trying to park your car was chaos , not enough parking as the work on the renovation had taken over !
Summary: Disappointed & deceived.
