Positive: Very good accommodation in the most beautiful village of Colombia. Everything was (accommodation, breakfast, wifi worked properly). It’ s a bit out of center so very quite with a beautiful view to the mountains. Dora and her husband are so kind and helpful people, they helped me with a lot of things.. I really recommend! Once I’ll come back to this beautiful place, I’ll definitely stay there! Thank you so much! Muchísimas gracias por todo!

Positive: Lovely friendly patient people.we had no language in common but they provided us with everything we needed. The hotel is i a perfect position on the edge of beautiful Jardine, quiet, with a view of the Andes from the balcony. Good breakfast.

Negative: As in most of South America the bed was a bit too hard for me.

Positive: Staff was super helpful.

Negative: Was a bit noisy during the day because they’re doing some construction over the pool. So this is just a temporary situation. Otherwise the staff was super helpful and kind..

Positive: Lovely and helpful owners. I was there on a public holiday so it was busy on my first day and I probably got the last room, which was very small but as soon as rooms freed up I was moved to a bigger room. Beds are comfortable. It's not right in the centre so it's quiet but it's easy and quick to reach the centre. Breakfast was good.

Negative: There is no glass on the window, just wooden panels, so it's either dark inside or you're exposed to anyone passing in front of your room. Could be helped with a thin curtain probably. Sockets are far from the bed.

Positive: This is a lovely, clean, comfortable hotel a short walk to town on the road to two gorgeous waterfalls. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Don Hugo and his wife bent over backwards for me.
