Positive: Location, views, breakfast, clean.

Negative: There is a lady at the frontdesk I don't believe loves to work with costumers. She is able to argue only to have reason. When I loose my last reservation agreed, I told her that there was a room available in booking(even though I was leaving the Hotel). She told me "No". I said, I have a screenshot of booking with the room available. She told me "I cannot see the hour or date of your screenshot, could be from another day 🤣).I just showed her the date and hour. Then I left.
