Summary: The staff was very good to us, the room was clean and heating worked well for us - as it was a cold rainy day! It was great to have a specified parking spot for us! Breakfast was very "continental" - I missed some kind of eggs or yogurt. They did have great juice and some ham and cheeses.

Summary: The hotel is very comfortable, the room is very spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is good, as is the dinner. The staff is very friendly. It met all my requirements. It is close to the city and the airport, with parking for each room.

Summary: Morning front desk staff was very nice and helped us with bus info while afternoon staff was quite rude when asking questions, hotel is veryyy inconveniently located in regards to transportation, one has to take a bus that comes every 30mins to get to metro and then to take the bus back, you have to get dropped off at the bridge across the freeway and cross the freeway to walk over to the hotel
