Positive: The hotel is small and on the main road into the town. Plaza mayor is about a 10min walk. Not much there but typical rural spanish town in Extramadura. Plenty of parking and it is outside in a very quiet area. The day we were there it coincided with the local holiday so it was even quieter than normal

Positive: Not much to say really. It was convenient as a stop-off for an overnight stay whilst travelling from Faro to Santander.
Negative: It's a little way off the main road , easy enough to find and probably great if are fluent in Spanish. Apart from the guy on reception I struggled to communicate. Thank goodness for Google translate. The choice of food was very limited and I left early and missed breakfast

Positive: Young lady receptionist who corrected our heating for us.
Negative: No hot water. Expected to bring own tea/coffee ingredients and milk although we were not told this in advance. Only place for a coffee was from garage next door Although young gentleman on breakfast duty tried his best, it was a disaster.
